I was charged with shoplifting in Eden Prairie. The security men caught and I thought I would have criminal record. I met with Martin and explained to me that I did not have to plead guilty, that he may be able to have the case dismissed so that I would not have a criminal record. I was so scared, but he put me at ease. I am a licensed professional so I cannot not have a criminal record. Martin went to court for me and was able to have my case scheduled for dismissal!
